What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Leading the month-end and year-end close process
• Analyzing financial performance and providing insights to senior leadership
• Managing general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Overseeing the preparation of financial reports for budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Ensuring accuracy of financial data and maintaining internal controls
• Assisting with tax filings and compliance matters
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial strategy and decision-making

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, with strong knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• CPA certification (or in progress) preferred
• Leadership and mentoring skills are a plus
